Shipping & Returns

Shipping. Free shipping to addresses in the continental US. Orders ship within 3 business days after payment; delivery usually takes 2–5 business days. You will get a tracking number by email when your bike ships.

Returns. You can return the bike within 30 days of delivery. Email support@ebike-x.com with your order number to start a return. The bike should be in its original condition with all parts and accessories. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please ship the bike back to the return address we provide by email, securely packed and with tracking.

Refunds. Refunds go back to the original payment method (PayPal or Cash App Pay) within 14 days after we receive the return.
