Warranty

1-year limited warranty on the frame, motor, battery and electronics from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship.

Not covered: normal wear (tires, brake pads, chain), damage from accidents, misuse, water immersion or pressure washing, and unauthorized modifications.

To make a claim, email support@ebike-x.com with your order number, a description and photos or a video of the issue. We will send replacement parts or arrange a repair.
